This was our first AOS interview. The security personnel were very helpful to us in finding the office. Facility was clean and followed COVID guidelines. We waited maybe 30 minutes past our interview because the one before ours was delayed due to waiting on their lawyer. We chose not to have a lawyer and everything went smoothly. Don’t be worried if you get separated from your spouse for an interview, they do this with everyone apparently.

They were friendly. I had 3 officers, maybe 15 minutes interview, the principal officer just checked the firm i485 and they asked us how we meet, how many people went to our wedding and that's it, recommended for approval

We arrived 30 minutes early and were called back within 5 minutes of our scheduled interview time.
The female officer was very nice and easy-going (but professional). We swore in, and she let us know that she would be conducting the interview. We sat in her office.
Questions were basic (what is your full name, birthday, etc.) We weren't asked any personal questions about the other. She went through the 485 application and reviewed my husband's answers on a number of items. Other questions the officer asked were how we met and when, if my husband has lived in the same house since he arrived. Most were yes or no questions. She asked if we had any other documents; we had two huge folders, but just gave her all of our bills, power of attorney, health insurance, etc. with both names on it. We had photos but she said she prefers not to accept those because it makes her file bulky.

We visited this office for the Biometrics appointment. As we live a couple of hours away, we were about an hour early for our appointment. The women at the window are so pleasant and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They were super friendly and helpful and the entire process was over in 15 minutes. Hoping the interview is just as smooth.
